Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to e-mail address: registrations@divacrop.com, or snail mailed to the Diva at It’s A Diva Crop, PO Box 1237, Germantown, MD 20875-1237. If snail mailed, they must be postmarked by the dates listed below.

• Full Refunds will be given until Monday, September 27th.
• Cancellations must be postmarked by October 4th, 2010.
• Cancellations made between September 28th and October 4th will have a $20 fee.
• No Refunds will be given after October 4th, 2010. All requests made after this date, will be evaluated on case, by case basis. Please e-mail the Diva directly at diva@divacrop.com.
